You know my issue with conspiracies. They seem to track me like a hunting dog to a rabbit. You know about all the conspiracies
in the 'Pirates' films, particularly the last one. But '24' also has it's share of conspiracies, and again, some of them
are directed towards me......'24' loves me. But it's a different sort of love from the pirates. '24' loves all it's fans,
not just me, while 'Pirates' seems to really be after me, and to hang with everyone else, it's me it loves more than anything.
But '24' is more of a friend love, more of a 'you love us so much so we'll give you some great stuff' (and lots of angst....).
'Pirates' says, 'I love you!!!!!' and would attempt to hug me to death if it could, whereas '24' would give me a simply a
buddy hug (I do have the feeling that 'Pirates' wants to be more than just buddies). So. What are these conspiracies? Something
tells me that the singular Fox Mulder would be a fan of '24' if he were real. Well. Some of these conspiracies are more
patterns in the show, and some are actual conspiracies as part of the plot, but I notice how even with these patterns it manages
to fool us into thinking it is something else until things hit the fan and we realize we were blind; it was like *this* all
along!!! Have you noticed the terrorist nationality pattern in the show? I believe it goes European, Middle Eastern,
European, Middle Eastern, etc. Not really a conspiracy, but still. Another pattern which is more of a conspiracy,
especially for the people in the show, is the repetition of events or story lines. For example: nuclear threats to L.A.,
European terrorists threatening to destroy the entire country and using the president as a pawn to do their dirty work, a
mole in CTU. Ah, but there is a twist to each of these. See. Nuclear threat to L.A.: this was in seasons two and six.
In both seasons Middle Eastern extremists threatened to nuke downtown L.A. if they didn't get their way. The twist? In season
six the nuke actually went off in L.A. and half of L.A. was completely destroyed. That didn't happen in season two......The
mole in CTU: this is recurring in almost every season, and while we now usually expect there to be a mole in each season,
who it is is usually the problem. See, '24' has a nasty way of making you think someone is the mole only to have it NOT be
that person. I know, the trick should be, whoever seems like the mole isn't, and whoever you are sure is good, might not
be. But that doesn't always work.....it still has a way of tricking you. Think of Nina. And Gael, who was really working
for CTU and was a good guy all along! President being used as a pawn by terrorists: this was seen in seasons three and five.
In season three Stephen Saunders used President Palmer as a means to his ends, or else risk the spread of the Cordilla virus.
Same thing happens in season five, with Vladimir Bierko using President Logan and some canisters of Syntox nerve gas. We
think back to season three here and remember that unless the President does as is asked of him, the gas will be released like
the virus was on innocent Americans. It seems as if there is little choice than to do what the terrorist asks, and we mourn
the actions of Logan, until behold! the twist! it was he who allowed the terrorists to acquire the nerve gas in the first
place and he is behind it all and is not a pawn, but simply playing the part of one to cover his tracks! That certainly was
not the case in season three. What betrayal, humiliation, results from these cruel plot twists and double crossings? We
have also noticed, without doubt, the many lives that Jack Bauer and Tony Almeida seem to possess. Both men have had numerous
encounters with death and near death experiences. Jack just seems to be lucky most of the time, but Tony truly seems to have
nine lives. How else could he be able to return to CTU in just a couple of hours after being shot in the neck and undergone
extensive surgery? And apparently he 'dies' in season four, but really, he doesn't die; how do you explain that? And please
explain season seven, when he returns YET AGAIN, after dying, apparently really dying, in season five!! Tony is superman,
if he ever existed. Jack can play dead, and he plays it well, but he doesn't come back from the dead like Tony. Tony must
have super powers of regeneration or extreme healing. Is he real? Did the government kidnap him at one point and conduct
experiments on him? Only they know. Suspicious. As I said: conspiracies abound. On the topic of faking death,
I notice how there are some terrorists who we don't actually see die. Nina obviously seems to die and come back many times
over. And Victor Drezen and Stephen Saunders faked their death pretty well before, although they are probably very truly
dead now. But President Logan? Is he dead? Or did he survive? And what about Mandy? Where'd she go? And Marwan? Supposedly
he died, but in the world of '24' supposedly is not actually. And there's Cheng as well, and daddy Philip Bauer, and Michael
Amador. We know that Jack and Tony survived getting shot, and we know that terrorists are notorious for faking death, so
then perhaps Christopher Henderson and Syed Ali and Ira Gaines, to name a few, also survived being apparently shot to death.
Bottom line. Anything is possible here, and maybe many of these men are really dead and gone, but as for daddy Bauer, Mandy,
Logan, and Michael Amador, we didn't actually see them die. It was implied. So. Remembering Nina and all those death fakers
before, if you didn't see them actually die and you didn't see a body, how can you say they are truly dead? But
there is one conspiracy which is obviously set there for me, there because of me, set there by '24' to further prove its buddy
love for me. Do you know Greg Ellis? If you watch '24' you do. He was the slimy yet perfectly evil Michael Amador. Mr.
Ellis was excellently cast in this role and played his part expertly. But are you reading this and thinking, 'I know that
name, but not from '24''? Then you have spotted the conspiracy. Because he was in 'Pirates', the first one, but mostly the
third one, as Lieutenant Groves, working for the very evil, very bad, Cutler Beckett and his East India Trading Company.
Oh sure, the guy seemed nice there; he even admired Jack Sparrow. But looks can be decieving....why else would Beckett want
a former terrorist working with him? Is there something more sinsiter in his mind than simply using Davy Jones and the Flying
Dutchman to take over the world's oceans? Biological weapons in the Caribbean? There's no knowing what those '24' terrorists
can do; maybe one of them managed to build a time machine and tried to take over the world before CTU was started to stop
them. Anything is possible with conspiracies.....did we see Groves or Beckett actually die? No. Perhaps they pulled a '24'
death and only seemed to die, and are plotting to continue Saunders' plan to unleash the virus! I think Mr. Verbinski and
his fellow 'Pirates' creators watch '24' in their free time. I do. So. Let's see what sort of conspiracies they
decide to give us in the next season of '24'. Are you ready? I am.

Haha, you silly Americans. You thought I was dead? It only looked like I died! Jack Bauer cannot kill me! Now I have found
new allies to help me with my plans! I will destroy not only LA but the world!

And with Beckett's help, I will bring biological weapons to the Caribbean and we will destroy not only piracy but we will
finish Jack Bauer before he becomes a problem!
